What does boredom mean?
Boredom shows up when your environment or activities no longer challenge or engage your mind and spirit.
It is a call toward curiosity, exploration, or deeper presence.

Living with this feeling
Sam has opened every app, closed every app and somehow returned to the first one. Nothing is wrong, but nothing feels alive. Instead of asking the screen to produce another feeling, Sam leaves the phone charging and takes a screwdriver to the wobbly kitchen chair. Twenty minutes later, the chair is steady and Sam wants to know how the hinge works. Boredom was not an empty room. It was a room with one obvious door overused.
Let boredom be information today. You are allowed to notice it without judging yourself or rushing it away.
If boredom returns this week, how would you like to meet it differently?
