Trapped

An emotion that arises from perceived limitation without clear options.

Why do I feel this way?

Feeling trapped surfaces when you believe your choices are limited, blocked or forced into painful directions.

It can be triggered by life situations, mental patterns or internal fear.

How to change or channel it

  1. Name the real source of limitation, not all barriers are immovable.
  2. Identify one area where small freedom or change is possible.
  3. Challenge the belief that there are no options, even mindset shifts count.
  4. Take one rebellious action toward reclaiming your power.

Living with this feeling

A moment in real life

Avery notices trapped before making an important decision. Instead of judging the feeling or forcing it away, Avery names what is present and chooses one supportive practice: name the real source of limitation, not all barriers are immovable.. The feeling may still be there, but it is no longer the only voice directing the moment. Avery has created enough space to choose what comes next with greater care.

An affirmation to carry
I can acknowledge trapped without letting it define every part of me. I can listen to what it may be showing me and choose one caring next step.
Pause and reflect
