Faith
An emotion that arises from belief without immediate evidence.
Why do I feel this way?
Faith activates when you trust something unseen (a dream, a process, a future, etc.) even when outcomes are uncertain.
It is hope stretched beyond proof.
How to change or channel it
- Feed faith with small signs of progress or meaning.
- Act in alignment with what you believe, even before you see results.
- Lean on past examples where faith paid off.
- Allow faith to be dynamic since it grows and adjusts with experience.

Living with this feeling
Original Lantern Project guidance inspired by this topic. This section is not copied from the source book.
Riley notices faith after an experience that is difficult to put into words. Instead of judging the feeling or forcing it away, Riley names what is present and chooses one supportive practice: feed faith with small signs of progress or meaning.. The feeling may still be there, but it is no longer the only voice directing the moment. Riley has created enough space to choose what comes next with greater care.
“I can acknowledge faith without letting it define every part of me. I can listen to what it may be showing me and choose one caring next step.”
What might faith be asking me to notice, protect, accept, express, or change today?
