Where to Start... and How to Get There
Determined
Holding firm to a clear goal and continuing forward, even when challenges or doubt arise.
How to embody this word
What does determined look like in daily life?
To embody determination is to treat obstacles as part of the process. It's believing in your ability to find a way forward and choosing action over discouragement. Determination turns desire into discipline and discipline into achievement. Don't wait for perfect conditions, create progress with what you have, where you are.

Putting this quality into practice
Taylor’s study group has shrunk from six people to one. The exam date has not moved. Sometimes it is keeping the appointment after the audience disappears.
Determined is not a personality you must perform. It is a choice you can practice in this moment.
If you kept practicing being determined for one month, what might become easier or more honest?
